Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but we do require notice for cancellations:

* In-home consultations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
* In-hospital procedures require at least 48 hours’ notice.
* Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of 50% to 100% of the professional fees, at our discretion.

This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer appointments to other patients who need care.

Behaviour And Safety Requirements

For the safety of your pet, our team, and everyone involved:

* Any pet that is aggressive or may become aggressive must be disclosed to us before the appointment.
* Pets must be appropriately restrained prior to our arrival where there is any risk of aggression.
* We may adjust how the consultation is carried out to ensure safe, controlled handling.

We are experienced in managing anxious and difficult-to-handle pets, but clear communication upfront is essential to do this safely and properly.
